  OLDE VINE
Olde Vine Golf Club & Estates, a 122-acre complex in Riverhead, NY being developed by Barnet Holdings, includes an 18-hole, links-style golf course that has transformed a former sod farm into rolling hills and ponds. Barnet signed on highly respected architectural and construction firms to design four styles of homes contiguous to the course, all spacious and harmonizing with the surroundings.

TALLGRASS COMMUNITIES
Located on Rte 25A and Randall Road, Tall Grass at Shoreham is an innovative neighborhood design concept, aimed at bringing the Shoreham community together in numerous ways. Tallgrass at Shoreham is a 321-acre tract of land, which is now in the planning and development phase, which will introduce new and exciting homes, preserve the Tall Grass Golf Club, add ball fields, leisure parks, restaurants, local shops, and cultural activities in a Village Center that will create a true hometown for Shoreham.
